The Precepts

[These are precepts given to me over time. They consist of those things to never turn your back on and always keep in the forefront of your awareness.]

1. Be yourself at all costs, forget what others may say in spite of what is seen.

2. Do not rely on others to tell you what to do. Seek that Within and you will find the answer.

3. Never, under any circumstances be a part of that which goes against your very nature. That would be suicide.

4. Remember what we told you earlier, that inevitably you must succumb to yourself and yourself only. It is the only way.

5. Do not consider yourself in any small context. This will serve no one. It bequeaths the error of betrayal to Self and within that lurks danger. See yourself as magnificent and all will be well indeed.

6. We have said before, it's not what you do but how you do it that counts. Be fair, equanimous and reliable.

7. Leave nothing to chance. Arrange your dealings with skill and forbearance.

[For those things that no longer serve you but are still held onto:]

With all that has come about still requires attention due to things that are absorbed through the membranes of awareness that do not serve you well. These things are past repeated dramas that ensnare thoroughly through their means of capture. We say that through these means you can overcome all obstacles:

1. Be aware when things are not in alignment with a higher cause.

2. Do not instigate those things that will do harm to the vessel.

3. Be aware when those things that bear meaning are no longer needed for development.

In another session they stated:

First: Become that which you seek in everyday life. Hold to these truths and they shall reveal themselves to you. It is no accident that before this occurs you must delve inward and discover this.

[What is the trick to opening the inside up to conscious awareness?]

Realize this is important. We say to you it is there waiting on you to discover. It's madness without sanctifying your position. In the realms of darkness light prevails only when allowed to do so. It will not come on its own. It must be invited, nurtured and seen in all its glory. Invite it and see.

Second: Hold fast to the doctrines we have supplied you [above]. They are important as well. It would do you well to review them frequently as they may slip from your awareness at times of stress. Without these all efforts are not as fruitful as they might be.
