Changing Soul Plans

[Who/what has the ability to change a soul's life plans for a lifetime?]

It is not possible to change anything unless there is agreement all around. Those who have participated in agreements would be held to those. Those who have not, would not. It is fairly simple in this respect for a soul does not have the ability to change anything it does not like when the going gets rough. In your example, it's impossible to change anything without consent all around - your consent, our consent and soul's consent on all levels. This just is not possible and we say all is well in this regard for you as nothing has changed at all. If changes are wanted for some specific reason, appeal must be made to all involved whereby the stakes would be examined and detrimental forces ascertained for in doing so, lifetimes of development are changed as well and all this must be taken into consideration.

[How do you get approval from the human who is not aware of all this?]

This is seen from Above as a discourse for others to participate in. The human in question plays a part on any level, but here it is unequivocally seen as an adjunct to the situation as all decisions must come from Above and conclude from there.

[In the process of bringing all that has been planned forward, do end results have the opportunity to change in the process or does the original plan hold, without changes?]

We would say this. It is not necessary to scrutinize as such. These things go way back to origins far removed from today and it is seen the results so far of staying on course with that. These things must be adhered to. There are no changing of things. It is impossible to do without requisite attempts to do so and this is not easy to secure. There are not many ways to change these things. All must be thought out very carefully for if it is not all hell can break loose and this is not pretty indeed.

All people need plans for their lifetime, otherwise there is no goal, no substance on which to act so it is imperative to have a plan in place and for you this existed long, long ago when it was decided yo would wake up this lifetime, and so you see that process occurring now and you are in the middle of it. There is no use of getting upset with the status quo. Its upheavals are simply ignored, as it were, and let calm down until later so we say this will, in effect, suffice to answer that question for you. We hope it has.
