Stopping the Mind

When the mind stops, what is there to reflect upon? Where is your identification then? With the thoughts that tell you stories of this and that, that plunge you into unfathomable depths you take as truth, you stray from the essence of what is, to what is not. There is only one thing left when mind ceases its endless storytelling - awareness of all. Ego, based on constructs of thought can only, therefore, be false.
