Step Up to Yourself

[This is a short and sweet excerpt from a conversation with Spirit. Spirit had said to me, "Now is the time to step up for yourself and do that which must be done." I wanted to make sure I understood so I asked for clarification and their reply is suitable for everyone, so I've posted it here.]

[I want to understand clearly what you mean by 'step up for myself.' How is this accomplished?]

We would say it is easy. Take what you know about yourself and run with it. Be it. Don't deny it. Keep it close. Honor it and do not consider it small by any means.

These things are aspects of being, nothing more, nothing less. Use them to your advantage. Know them, be them.  Let them loose for they are a part of you that needs declaration to survive, otherwise they fall to the wayside, dishonored, dismembered and fractured.
